GEORGIA DECATUR COUNTY I HAVE THIS DAY RECIEVED OF PETER VANLANDINGHAM IN ADMINISTRATION WITH THE WILL ANNEXED OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN RAWLS LATE OF SAID COUNTY,THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY TO WIT ONE NEGO BOY JACK ONE NEGRO GIRL NAMED CHANY ONE WAGON ANE BAY HORSE ONE LOT OF CATTLE ONE LOT OF SHEEP - ALSO ANOTHER NEGRO BOY NAMED DEMPSEY WHICH I AM TO RETURN TO BENJAMIN T. RAWLS WHEN ROBERT AND RICHARD RAWLS BECOMES OF AGE TOGETHER WITH TWENTY DOLLARS PER YEAR FOR EACH YEAR THAT I WILL KEEP SAME NEGRO BOY AND ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS WHICH IS FULL OF MY PART TO SAID ESTATE THIS DAY 19TH DAY OF JULY 1831 signed BENJAMIN RAWLS JOHN T. RAWLS I HAVE THIS DAY RECIEVED OF PETER VANLANDINGHAM ADMINISTRATOR WITH THE WILL ANNEXED OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN RAWLS LATE OF SAID COUNTY DECEASED THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY TO WIT ,ONE NEGRO WOMAN NAMED PATIENCE ONE LOT OF CARPENTERS TOOLS.ONE HORSE CART AND ALSO A LOT OF BEEF CATTLEWHICH IS IN FULL OF MY PART OF SAID ESTATE THIS 20 DAY OF JULY 1831 signed BENJAMIN RAWLS JOSEPH RAWLS".
